Frequently Asked Questions

We provide delivery to all parts of the island, including Sconset, for Free*. If you would like to pick up the items, let us know, and we will give you the address to our location.

Please let us know your arrival and departure times in the comment box at checkout so we can plan accordingly - while we typically don't guarantee delivery until 4 pm and start pick-ups at 9 am, we will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive earlier/ depart later. (Please note that due to availability, especially during peak season [July/August], we may need to enforce our delivery and pick up times.
Your equipment will be left in a secure location on the porch or inside the front door if unlocked. If you need assistance with the placement of items, please send us an email to make arrangements.
On departure day, please have the items collected in one spot and left inside the front/side door (unlocked) or outside (weather permitting/or under a covered porch) in a secure location. **If we arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up time and the items are not ready/ still being used and require us to return to the home at a later time, a $25 fee will be billed. 
 
**Items should be returned in the condition they were delivered in. If you receive an item that comes with a sheet, it needs to be returned -the sheet is part of the rental. If an item is damaged/broken during your rental period, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item for the next family. 

**Please note that the first delivery is Free; additional deliveries/pick-ups will have a fee of $25 (if, for some reason, there was a mistake on our end, then there is no additional charge). If you choose to have some items delivered one day and the rest another day, this will result in an additional delivery charge. 

All of our equipment is updated annually and kept in like-new condition. We have a great selection of top of the line equipment, and we stand behind our products as they are all JPMA, ASTM, and CPSC safety certified. We sanitize all of our products between each use to the highest standards, using non-toxic, environmentally friendly products.

If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will charge your credit card on file a fee to replace that item at retail price. We ask that you return the gear in the condition it was in when delivered to you. We will look at each incident individually, and exceptions will be made, for example, beach toys, umbrellas, and certain children's toys.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you give notice of at least 8 days, so we can re-rent the gear to another family, as we often turn clients away a few weeks in advance because we book out so quickly.

(a) At least 8 days before delivery, you will receive a refund of all applicable fees

(b) At least 6 days before delivery, you will receive a refund of 50% of all applicable fees

(c) Less than 3 days before delivery, you will be charged in full.

(d) *Please note that if you need to remove an item, there is no charge for this and you will be refunded in full. The cancellation policy applies to canceling the entire order.

We do not provide installation of car seats, but all of our seats come with manuals, and the local fire department can be of any assistance you may need when installing your car seats for your little ones.

Gates are not installed before arrival due to our insurance policy. The client will need to do so, but we are happy to explain how to install.

The blackout shades are very user-friendly and do not cause harm to the window trim - simply peel the tape and stick it to the window frame. Once you are done, they can be thrown away.

If you are traveling to Nantucket and don't see a product that you are accustomed to at home, feel free to ask; chances are, we may have it or something similar.
